HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to your LTMate Store account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.
HOW DO I ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT?
The instructions to activate your account will be sent to your email once you have submitted the registration form. If you did not receive this email, your email service provider’s mailing software may be blocking it. You can try checking your junk / spam folder or contact us at email@example.com

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination.
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient;Ltmate has no control over these charges, nor can ltmate predict what they may be.

Customs offices in some countries or regions require the importer of record to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID.
Countries / regions that require an identification number include: Brazil, Chile, China, Ecuador, India, Israel, Peru, Qatar, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, and Turkey.

What is the return policy?
We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product. We award a partial refund for opened or used products.
How long can I receive my refund money?
If you're receiving a refund after we have received your item, it may take an additional 3-5 business days to fully process your return and issue your refund.
